Return Policy

All readings offered by The Sacred Owl are personalized digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the personalized nature of each reading and the time, care, and energy involved in creating it, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available once an order has been placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work on the reading has not yet begun. Once a reading has been started, recorded, or delivered, cancellations and refunds cannot be granted.

If you experience a technical issue receiving your reading, please contact us and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure successful delivery.

  • Delivery timeframes provided on the website are estimates. While every effort is made to deliver readings within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to workload, illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If you require advice regarding your health, mental health, finances, legal matters, or any other professional matter, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

  • The Sacred Owl reserves the right to refuse service, decline a request, cancel an order, or issue a refund before work has begun if a request is deemed inappropriate, abusive, unethical, or outside the scope of the services offered.

  • Personalized reading videos are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, uploaded, or publicly shared without prior written permission.

  • All reading content, videos, written materials, and related content remain the intellectual property of The Sacred Owl.
